Credentialed testers may submit passing tests up to 90 days prior to the vehicle’s compliance deadline to provide time for any repairs to be made.


Almost all vehicles are subject to semi-annual testing.  Agricultural vehicles (that meet the definition) and California-registered motorhomes for recreational use or emergency occupancy will only be required to undergo testing once per year. 


Beginning October 2027, on-board diagnostics (OBD) equipped vehicles will be required to undergo testing four times per year. 


No, we are responsible for sending the results to CARB. You may view your test results in your CTC-VIS account. Please refer to this video for instructions How to view your test results/due date 


We do require an appointment to have your vehicle tested. This ensures that our technicians are available and ready to provide you with great service. Call us to schedule your appointment - (559) 584-6769


We can! We have the equipment to test any year vehicle and report those results to CARB.


No. We will not charge you for a retest. Our technicians are also trained to assist with finding the error and fixing it so your vehicle passes.


In some cases we can come to our customers. Please call us to check for availability.
